Dental bridge?

How much tooth is remove during this process. Are dental bridges more cheaper than dental implants ?

Dental bridge?
Depends on amout of decay on theeth %26amp; which teeth they are. Yes bridge is cheaper but both are ridiculous today!! Doc W
Reply:about 1 1/2mm off tooth will be removed from all around the teeth.....i think implants are better because the other teeth do not need to be touched and they are easier to clean....an implant may be alittle more expensive....a bridge may be better in cases where the teeth next to the open need crowns...the bridge will then cover and protect them....hope this helps
Reply:The amount of tooth to be removed depends on the type of abutment crown [all metal or porcelain to metal] but will be between 1.5mm and 2mm. I feel that an implant supported crown is best in most cases, as the patient just cleans it like a regular tooth. In our office the costs are about the same for this vs. a 3 unit fixed bridge.
Reply:I found a price list from a Philippine based dental clinic and it shows comparative prices of dental services including bridges and implants... see this link http://www.mls-dentalcosmetics.com/denta...
