I was told to have a dental graft and need to decide on what kind, the human frized-dry or block graft?

I have seen 4 doctors in the past few days including 3 oral surgeons and one periodontist. Three told me because of the amount of bone loss (extraction) I need to replace it with a large bone (block). The one told me that synthetic (freez-dried) is good enough with good results given that the tooth is in the back. He also told me that he recommends that because it is less invasive but if in the middle of process he realizes that freez-dried) is not good, he would also try doing the other more complicated one. The thing is that I don't know the statistical success rate for either one. Also, I heard from more than one doctore other than the last one that the block graft may accidentally lead to permanent loss of sensation (irreversible nerve damge). I need to decide right away, which is the best method, or perhaps forget about the bone loss and just go for a bridge.

WHAT NONE OF THESE DENTISTS SAID WAS THAT THERE IS A WAY FOR THE LAB TO MAKE A BRIDGE IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT APPEARS AS IF THE FALSE TOOTH (PONTIC) COMES OUT OF THE GUM. THIS IS CALLED CONVEX PONTIC. IF THIS TOOTH WAS A BACK TOOTH THAT IS NOT NORMALLY VISIBLE WHEN YOU SMILE, THEN THE GRAFT IN NOT CRUCIAL. THE SAME CAN'T BE SAID FOR A FRONT (VISIBLE) TOOTH. IF YOUR RESTORATIVE DENTIST UNDERSTANDS THIS, YOU CAN HAVE AN EXCELLENT BRIDGE MADE.
