Sinus problems after dental work?

I have had sinus problems, painless throbbing mainly, since having 3 fillings in my upper teeth 6-7 weeks ago. I had antibiotics from my doctor who was unsure of whether I had an infection or my problems were due to an allergy. They didn't work and I still have throbbing mainly on the bridge of my nose and over my right cheek near where the fillings were done. Could this be due to having the fillings and should I see my dentist? I don't really want to as I am a private patient who can't really afford another appointment.

You should go back and have them take an x-ray. Most likely its just your sinuses if that a problem you already have. Fillings is something minor. Its not like a RCT or extraction.
Reply:It could b just an allergy or it could b taking time for your treatment to heal as it should. If you are in pain i suggest you go and see your dentist for advice.
Reply:Go back and have an xray just to check, it's unusual to have problems with your sinus after having fillings done, sinus problems normally occur after extractions where the maxillary sinus may have been perforated!
