Of course it is!
You'll still need to take the classes like everyone else, but your credits from bio, anatomy, etc.. will hopefully be accepted and you won't have to retake them...and then there's always the State Board that you'll have to conquer!
I know two women who did this, as well as an MD who is also a dentist!

Hi I was just wondering if it's possible for a Registered nurse to bridge over into a dental hygienist?
Why would you want to? Registered Nurses get paid WAY more.
