Are dental bridges the same as dental dentures?

No dentures are removable. A bridge is permanent and cannot be taken in and out like a denture. A bridge is typically three or more crowns connected. a crown (pontic) is used to replace the missing tooth, with crowns cemented to a tooth on both sides of the missing one.

No bridges tend to be attached to other teeth and so can not be removed,http://www.mynewsmile.com/dental_bridge....
Reply:No a dental bridge is attached to other teeth maybe on either side of the bridge.

For example, I knocked out my right front tooth with a crowbar ( I know, it hurt) the dentist ground down the two teeth on either side to a point and then the bridge was cemented into those two teeth as something to connect to.
