It's standard procedure for a crown or bridge to be paid in full when it's time to seat it permanently. Most dentists do allow you to make payments during the course of the procedure as it usually takes several weeks or more to get ready to seat a bridge with that many units as there are usually a couple of "try-in" appointments. Dentists expect the payment in full at the time of seating because more often than not patients do not pay the bill after they receive the fixed appliance and it's the dentist that gets stiffed and yet the dentist still has to pay the bill to the dental lab for making it.

I would suggest taking out a loan and doing what you need to do to get it paid in full as soon as possible.
Reply:She's not a very good dentist or good person. Find another dentist, explain your situation and see if they will allow payments?
