Is it impossible to keep dental bridges clean?

I want to know if it is impossible to keep your teeth that are caped clean? I need a 3 unit bridge and I'm worried about putting my 2 other good teeth at risk. Am I just asking for trouble down the road if I do not go through with getting an implant for my missing tooth instead of the bridge?

I really do not want to go through the implant proceedures!

An implant and crown is MUCH better than a 3 unit bridge. You clean it just like a regular tooth verses the problem of inserting floss under the false tooth of a fixed bridge and cleaning that area which will trap food debris. Plus, there's no need to traumatize adjacent teeth with crowns. I'd strongly recommend the implant and crown as the cost is about the same as a 3 unit bridge.
