Are dental bridges supposed to be glued flush to the gum or open a little by the gum?

I just had a bridge put in for the first time and it sometimes feels as though it's moving a little. Just wondering if that's normal.

It's not supposed to move. Maybe the teeth are moving. THAT'S not good either, but............ (I wasn't there.)
Reply:its supposed to have just enough room for you to floss underneath. if your gum is blanched (looks a little flush from pressure), then it is on too hard. if you feel a wiggling sensation, or if you can feel movement, then it is probably too loose.
Reply:No. That's not normal. It should fit properly on your tooth so that it will not cause gum irritation. Have an appointment with your dentist/prosthodontist.
