Repairing a new dental bridge?

Man I just had a new fixed porcelain bridge put in about a month ago. I am pretty upset. I wasnt even eating when it chipped. I have been eating soft food nothing hard. Should the dentist fix it for free? Also can the bridge be taken out?

Repairing a new dental bridge?
If the bridge was cemented temporarily it will be easier to remove than if it was cemented permanently. If it can be removed without harming the abutment teeth, it can be sent back to the lab to have the porcelain replaced, and your temporary bridge put back on (they should still have it, since it's only been a month).

If not, the dentist could repair the area by placing a composite... but I'd hope that you can have it repaired the correct way.

You absolutely shouldn't be charged for this.

Best of luck~
Reply:I would make an appoinment with the dentist and explain my disappointment with the work and what I would like done. The bridge can be removed, however, the teeth it is connected to will be oddly shaped because they had to be cut down to fit the bridge on them.
